Four-bedroom home with upper-level living to take advantage of the expansive views of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. **Minimum Night Stay Requirements May Vary and Final Availability is Subject to Homeowner Approval.** A rustic elegance pervades this expansive residence, sited in the foothills of the Teton Range. True to its name, this Western refuge sits nestled within pines and aspens, within sight of the local landmark that inspired its name: the treed terrain of Four Pines, a beloved destination within Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Set within Shooting Star—a luxury development in Teton Village. Context aside, the house itself delights guests. The front porch, defined by a chinked enclave, greets guests graciously with a barnwood door. The entryway welcomes with an antique cabinet and studded leather bench. Just beyond is an antique table and rustic arched, panned mirror. Guest bedroom one continues the subtle palette found throughout the home. A set of leather luggage racks, antler mount, and wooden paneled headboards adorn the two extra-long twin beds which can be converted into a king bed, as pictured. The ensuite bath offers a tile shower and vanity. The second downstairs bedroom offers the same set-up as guest bedroom one with upholstered bedframes, plaid wool blankets, wooden bench and an ensuite bath. Guest bedroom three echoes the master with mountain vistas visible from the king bed. A colorful, chevron patterned blanket covers the bed and a pair of studded armchairs invite relaxation. On the second floor landing, a table allows for a work interlude, while the pair of leather chairs induces lounging. Truly open in concept and subtle in palette, the great room encompasses the kitchen, dining and living areas, and even draws in the drama outdoors through the picture windows that encircle the space. The living area centers around the stone fireplace, flanked by two sofas and a pair of armchairs. The dining table seats six in plum colored leather chairs. Overlooking the dining area, the kitchen caters to gourmet chefs with its tawny granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Outside, a balcony with a table, enables meals with a view. The primary bedroom beckons with its gray wool duvet enshrouding the king bed, backed by a panel-tufted headboard. Textured armchair makes for a warm fireside moment. The ensuite bath offers a tub, glass shower, granite double vanity and panoramic views. While the abundant domestic diversions could keep guests busy inside, a Four Pines stay would be incomplete without venturing outside. A bike path borders the property, allowing for car-free travel between top spots including the southern entrance to Grand Teton National Park. Downtown Jackson is a short drive away, as is the hamlet of Wilson. If Agent is able to lease the Premises after Renter's cancellation to another renter for the same period and for the same amount as specified in this Agreement, Agent shall distribute any applicable refund to Renter within thirty (30) days of the Departure Date.

House Rules

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is as follows: 1

For Arrival Dates more than 90 days out, a deposit of about 25% is due along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Final payment is then due 90 days prior to arrival

For Arrival Dates within 90 days, payment is due in full along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Smoking Policy: Illegal substances and smoking are not allowed in or on the Premises

Damage Deposit: A Damage Deposit of approximately 20% of the rental fee will be collected prior to arrival

Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition in which it was provided to Renter

In the event there is damage to the Premises during Renter's occupancy, such damage shall be repaired and the cost of the repair shall be deducted from the Damage Deposit

The balance of the Damage Deposit shall be returned, without interested, to Renter within thirty (30) days after the Departure Date with an itemized statement showing those amounts deducted, unless the extent of such damage cannot be determined within 30 days, in which case the balance of the Damage Deposit will be returned as soon as the extent of the damage has been determined

Should the cost of the repair exceed the Damage Deposit, Agent may, at Agent's election, render Renter an invoice for such excess amount, which invoice Renter will pay within two weeks of receipt, or charge such excess amount to the credit card provided by Renter

Taxes and Fees: Rentals are subject to 8% taxes and 4% community fees

Pet Policy: Pets being permitted on and in the Premises is decided by the Homeowner or the applicable Homeowner Association

Please refer to individual units for their specific pet policy

Rentals with pets are subject to a $400

00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee, depending on the number of pets
