Our convenient one-bedroom apartment offers stunning mountain and sea views and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Perched on a hillside overlooking Kata Bay and surrounded by tropical forests, this residence provides a peaceful retreat. It's just a short drive to the city center and the beach, and within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants along the main road to the beach. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island. The complex includes the Santosa Spa & Wellness Center, which features an outdoor café with a juice bar and an open-air vegetarian restaurant. The apartment is air-conditioned and has everything you need for a great vacation. It includes a comfortable bedroom, a living room with a sofa and TV with cable channels, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Private WiFi is available for work or entertainment. The living area opens onto a private balcony where you can enjoy cool breezes and amazing mountain and sea views. Evenings are wonderful as you relax and watch the beautiful sunsets over Kata Bay. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and comes with cutlery, kitchenware, a large refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle. A washer in the unit adds convenience for longer stays. Guests have free access to the amenities at Kata Ocean View Residence, which include several outdoor pools, sun decks with loungers, free parking, 24-hour security, and CCTV. The Santosa Spa & Wellness Center offers spa treatments, yoga classes, a gym, ice baths, and a sauna (not included in the price). There is also a coffee shop, juice bar, and vegan restaurant on-site. Captivating views of the Andaman Sea and a wonderful sunset vantage point provide the perfect backdrop for the ultimate vegan dining experience. PLEASE NOTE: For bookings 14 nights and longer, electricity and water usage are charged separately at 7 baht per kWh for electric and 100 baht per unit for water. Please be mindful to close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 750 baht, including a change of linen and towels (advance booking is required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
