Wake up to the soothing sounds of nature and the fresh scents of the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of Bang Tao’s main areas. Nestled in a peaceful location, the villa is just a 15-minute drive from the stunning Bang Tao Beach and 10 minutes from the vibrant Boat Avenue area and Villa Market. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully explore the area and the island. Secure parking is available near the entrance for your convenience.
The villa spans two floors and features a modern design with an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped European-style kitchen with an island, and four cozy bedrooms with king-size beds and air conditioning. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers direct pool access, making it perfect for elderly guests. The spacious en-suite master bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms are on the second floor. A washer is also available at the villa for added convenience.
Step outside to your own private oasis. The backyard features a tropical garden, perfect for lounging and outdoor activities, while the pool deck, surrounded by vibrant plants, includes loungers for relaxing by the private pool.
Electricity usage of 70kw/day is already included in the price. Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate but can be arranged for an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
