The living space is a comfortable size and includes a king size bed, kitchen, dining table for two, and a closet for storage. Seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide lots of daylight. The room opens up to a private balcony with outdoor furniture and pool views.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware. There is a washer in the unit as well. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and handcrafted toiletries from Chiang Mai.
Electric usage 35 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
