The living area has a big brand new 49’’ Smart TV and a sofa, dining area with chairs and table open to the large fully equipped kitchen. Private Wi-Fi is perfect for working online or streaming. The bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed, a large jacuzzi bathtub, and a walk in shower. The rooftop swimming pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check in. Resort facilities include: -Fitness room with a sauna -Sea view swimming pool, sun deck with loungers and children’s pool -Sky Bar Restaurant (they serve breakfast and lunch at an extra fee - not included in our price) -CCTV, covered secure parking The Privilege Residence is set in a peaceful hillside area near Kalim Beach. The vibrant center of Patong, with its nightlife venues, restaurants and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Other popular destinations such as Kamala beach, Red Mountain Golf course, Tiger Kingdom or Elephant Jungle Sanctuary are within a 15-minute drive. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the island and the area. Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning during the stay not included in the price, charged 800 baht when required (includes linen and towel change). Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge. As per request by the Building’s administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.
