Our private gated villa offers a serene escape with a large swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens, a sun terrace, and a lounge area for relaxation. Perfectly positioned between Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach, you’re just a short 10-15 minute walk from the ocean, where you can explore local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Step outside to your own outdoor oasis, where the pool invites you for a refreshing dip, and the shaded patio with a barbecue sets the scene for delightful meals. Inside, the villa blends comfort and convenience with a modern Western-style kitchen equipped with burners, an electric kettle, rice cooker, and oven.
Three bedrooms (one en-suite, plus two sharing a bathroom) offer comfortable stays, with the master bedroom opening to a private balcony. An extra sofa bed in the laundry room accommodates an additional guest.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're leaving.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee.
Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
