This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condominium was completely remodeled in 2020. It is only four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. The open living area flows between a modern kitchen, dining area for six, and the artfully decorated living room with a wood-burning fireplace and large, southeast-facing windows offering Aspen Mountain views. There is a Sonos sound system and a washer/dryer in the condominium. Bedrooms all feature luxury bedding, flat-screen TVs, and bathrooms that have been upgraded with beautiful countertops, tile work, and fixtures.

Third bedroom: 2 Twin beds, convertible into King
Guests of Chateau Snow receive a complimentary parking pass for residential-zone street spaces, complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, health club passes, concierge services, housekeeping, and free Wi-Fi. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
