House Rules
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms
Summary of house rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm
Check-out time is 10am
- Quiet Hours are between 10pm-8am
- No unauthorized guests
- No smoking permitted inside home
A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture
- Parking is limited to 6 vehicles at all times
Check in /Check Out - Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 10 am
Unless otherwise authorized by the management company
We MUST have 24 hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 10:00 am checkout time
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in listing
The maximum occupancy rule mustn't be violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking
Trash: All trash is bagged and put in waste bins provided
Pets: We do allow house trained pets but please make sure to clean up after them
A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean after your pet
This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes
It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received
Parties or events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property
Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property
Smoking is allowed outside but do not toss butts in the patio or grass or outside of the home
Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i
e
smells of smoke, ashes, burns etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit
Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement
Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given
The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period
The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement
