Most attractions, beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers are just a 5–15 minute drive away. There's free on-site parking at the property (as seen in the photos), which makes it easy if you're renting a car. Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are fast and widely available in this area. 🚲 By Bike The area is mostly flat and bike-friendly, with sidewalks and some designated bike lanes. There is a small fee to have the pool heated. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of a $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
