Newly renovated, this first-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and beautiful views of Aspen. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a new gas range. This unit also features AC, which is mounted in the living room and cools the entire unit. Durant Condos are only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen.

Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, on-site laundry facilities, and free on-site parking. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis; one assigned spot per unit. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!
Guests of the Durant Condos receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
