A Note About Our Extended Family
At the rear of the property, you’ll find our wonderful mother-in-law’s private suite. She shares her space with Violet, her gentle and friendly petite dog. Both are warm, welcoming, and always respectful of your privacy. On occasion, you might see them enjoying a walk by the lake or picking up the mail—please feel free to say hello if you’d like. They love meeting new people, but they’ll always be mindful not to intrude on your time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
