Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
The Condo offers popular amenities for guests such as a swimming pool, restaurant/bar with room service, sundeck with loungers, fitness studio, free parking, 24hrs security, and CCTV.
For short term rentals Electric and Water usage is included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required and includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting our team.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
